Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address the customer indicates, usually between 9 am and 7 pm.
Orders are usually shipped via CTT - Correios de Portugal or We Pick Up. It is important to note that it is not possible to determine the delivery time window, since it is dependent on the carriers.
The indication of an incomplete or incorrect address may result in a return to Bulle, resulting in new shipping costs to the customer, so we suggest that you always confirm all data before finalizing the order. Once processed, it is not possible to make any changes to the order data.
Shipping costs, included in the total cost shown in the shopping cart during the purchase process before the confirmation of the order by the Customer, are charged to the customer at a flat rate of:
- €3.00 for each order for delivery in Portugal and Spain, free for orders above 0€.
- €10.00 for each order for delivery in Europe, free for orders above 99€.
- €16.00 for each order for delivery in Worldwide, free for orders above 149€
The time required to make an order for shipping varies. For details, see the items individually.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. We are unaware of delays due to customs.
You have up to 10 days, from the moment you received the order at the address, to communicate in writing to email@example.com the intention of exchange or return, communicating the reason, attaching photographs of the product, being under approval status by the Bulle team.
Please note that all products are made especially for the customer, after ordering, so we guarantee that the product is new and with quality.
Shipping costs are always borne by the customer, except when the error is from us *.
We just exchange:
- *If we send the wrong product / different from what the customer ordered;
- Products clearly without evidence of use.
We do not exchange:
- Products with clear evidence of use;
